Most of you would be saying there's no possible way that you can give a testimony about something after six workouts.

Can I just tell you guys after my second workout, I called dug up and I said dude, I will never, ever, ever in my lifetime. work out the way I used to workout.

Never Because guys, when you workout with heavyweights, you're tearing down the muscle.

With this program you're working out with a third of the weight. So my workouts now are 10 and £15.

My burn is way greater than it used to be.

I have zero recovery time.

I know I have to catch my breath for the next 20 or 30 minutes after I get done with the workout. But after that, I can work out again, on the same day and I've done that.

I've done arms in the morning and legs in the evening already, at least one time since, I got my bands.

I, just, a little back story with me, I ran up to £260.15 years ago when I was 45 and decided this is, you know, Lisc, I cannot sustain this.

I was always, I was an athlete, but, you know, the business of life, I had gained a bunch of weight and so I did, I lost all that way. He got down to 201.

In about a year we did it the hard way, you know, the traditional workouts and did hit a plateau.

And lost the last £20 by doing insanity and if anybody's done those types of workouts, you know, help.

intense it is, and it's really it can be hard on your body, but anyway.

Fast forward to now have sustained this weight.

Round 2, 10 to 15, 415, probably 13 years, 13, 14 years. But I worked out very, very dedicated to my health, to, to staying in shape, all that stuff.

So, all that to say, when you, when you introduced me to these things, obviously, you know, working out, and having my mindset workouts, and things like that, I thought, you know, I don't know how I'm going to introduce this, but I'm willing to try it.

And it was either my first or second one, and I'm blown away. I really am blown away.

Number one, I can get my workouts done in about 20 minutes.

Number two, how long did you use to workout pawl?

My workouts would consist of around an hour to an hour and 15 minutes.

That included cardio, warmup, stretching, and weightlifting. So how many times how many times a week was that normally every other day?

Know, the weights and how much I use, So so my max, dumbbell weight was around £40 for, for chest press and girls, just keeping it, you know, fairly, 35, £40, fairly lightweight, you know, 15 to 20 reps.

Well, with these, I've been able to, I've been able to drop that down, too.

I started out at 15 and £15.

Now I'm at 17.5, none bells, and the workout is insane.

It is so amazing how I feel.

I, honestly, am, it sounds silly, but, And you may have told me this, too. But I think I can feel the release of the growth hormone through my body.

My sleep has been incredible, I think I told you the other day, last week, I slept for eight hours straight, seven hours straight, uh, 6.5 hours straight, three nights in a row, and that's not normal for me.

Not normal for me, has always been three hours at a time after about six hours. I wake up, and then I'm, you know, I'm thinking about stuff, and I get up and get busy.

He's got the same thing. He would have come on here and just trumpeted how awesome it is the dust into the gym rat. Man, he, he has spent his life in the gym, You know, Balkan up and he's a big dude. You've met him and he is he's a big strong bead, and he told me yesterday called me he FaceTime me and right after workout you sweat and you know, he said, I just cannot leave the way I feel with these things. And then he sent you a message, you and I message this morning, deadly?

I've been working out the majority of my life and as Paul said, he's, he's 59 today.

He said, mainly with free weights and old school training, so and let me tell you something. Dustin is a big old boy, like when I walked up to Dustin. I said, I'm not a big boy. You're a big boy. I mean, he's wider than I am, and that's hard to be wider than I am.

And, he's just a big guy shaped like a V, but anyway, he says, Mainly with free weights and old-school training after using these for just four workouts.

After yesterday's workout, I woke up this morning with an incredible amount of energy and I feel like the Hulk.

So yeah, he's he's pretty, pretty excited about it too.

Yeah, for sure, so. and and so I think what I want folks to hear here is that we're giving you a testimony of how we're feeling after just a short amount of time for me a little bit longer than Paul and Dustin.

I can also tell you that I, too feel, I mean, I'm, I may, I'm maybe, I'm maybe misspeaking, and maybe maybe Mike can speak to this when he comes on here.

But I really do feel like, I feel the release of that growth hormone going through my body. Like I, I'm not saying like while I'm working out. I'm just saying in general I'm feeling so fricking good!

I will never not workout with them and the beautiful thing for me is as we travel to binge team, you know, binge life, all that stuff we travel quite a bit. I'd throw them in my suitcase.

And I can work out anywhere, I don't have to worry about, is that, you know, is there a gym there, is there are weights, is there, I can do this anywhere?

And so, I'm really excited about that.

Yeah, I'd do a, do a push-up workout where I do between 220 push-ups several times a week.

And I still, with these bands on, cannot make it to 120 push-ups.

No, I think I've gotten up to 80 push-ups and I'm so spent, I can't finish.

But when it comes to working out, I'm actually working out with everything body weight, and I've got the, I've got a set of rubber weight bands, and I'm working out with literally a £15 band.

Man, I mean, the the changing of my body, you sent me a picture of you flexing the other day, and are you already seeing the changes in your body? Because, I think Michael talk about this, but this is going to, like, clean up the liver and kick deliver back in, and then the liver will start burning and melting fat off the body, like it used to when you were younger. I mean, we're just in the beginning stages, you know, the three of us, but you starting to see some of that. I 100%. I'm starting to see that.

But, and the other thing that people need to understand is, is, know, it's a daunting task to think about, OK, I gotta get in shape, and that means I've got to put in an hour hour at least every other day. And number one, the time, the number two, the pain that you go through.

But, for me, even the joint pain in the end, you know, the first 10 minutes of the workout. It's just like, Oh my gosh. And then the next morning you're like, Oh, gosh. This is rough, you know but I have none of that. None none. None, None. No soreness. No.

No, It's there. I shouldn't say no soreness. Very little. Foreigners and the soreness that I do have feels awesome.

It feels like, you know, um, it, my muscles are tight, you know, my joints fuel type.

Many of you think you're doing high intensity exercise but here's what you're really doing.

The oxygen, which is your primary fuel, is not being reduced enough, it's like you're walking or running around the gym that the track at the stadium, right? And you're not feel on the pump, and burn, and you look over those stadium stairs. And you know, If I run up and down those stadium stairs, I'm gonna get the fatigue that I need, but you don't do it.

And you go to the gym, and you look at the 25 years old, slam and spot, and you go, Yep, I go over there, I know what's gonna happen.

But you don't, because you can't, it's too hard, or you're doing it, and you've got physical limitations.

Bottom line is, you are not creating enough oxygen deficit in your muscles. It's called hypoxia, look at this chart. Most people, when they exercise, don't, get below 40%. You can't run the stairs, right? You're not willing to climb a mountain after mountain on the peleton, right?

Now, once you've got acclimated to it, if you're gonna do a multiple join exercise, some therapies, plyometric some yoga and you can get the barn going in both the upper or lower or do some push-ups jump down and do some squats.

So, that's a great question, and a common question For new people. Just start with arms or legs, right? First workout, don't go, we're not gonna go to the gym and doing our first workout, put them, or put them on for 5 or 10 minutes. Like the videos, We'll send, you, get. A little burn going, get that, comp, get your bands off. This is the number one thing I have to tell people, get them off.
