Dear CryptoLab VPN Users
As we all navigate the complex and ever-evolving landscape of digital privacy and security, it is sometimes necessary to make difficult decisions in response to changing circumstances. It is with a heavy heart that I announce that CryptoLab VPN will cease operations and discontinue the VPN service effective September 30, 2023.
Over the years, I have been incredibly grateful for your support and the community that has grown around CryptoLab VPN. It has been an enriching journey characterized by mutual growth, learning, and a shared commitment to online privacy.
While most the subscribers have not been charged a renewal fee, I understand that there may be users who have remaining service time that extends beyond the closure date. If you believe you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your service, I encourage you to submit a support ticket requesting a pro-rated refund. I will be on standby to address all your concerns and ensure a smooth process.
As you look for an alternative VPN service, I recommend Proton VPN. Having garnered a reputation for its steadfast commitment to privacy and security, it stands as a reliable choice for safeguarding your online activities. I encourage you to explore what Proton VPN has to offer and continue safeguarding your digital footprint.
As we draw this chapter to a close, I want to express my profound gratitude for being a part of the CryptoLab VPN community. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work through this transition together.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out and open a support ticket.
Thank you for being a part of the CryptoLab VPN family.
Best regards,
George
Thank you George. Thank you.
Thanks George. I have used extensively but I understand that it’s a huge responsibility for you.
I will check out proton now and thanks for suggesting an alternative.
Cheers Jer
Well written George. Succinct and heart-felt. I appreciate you more and more as time goes by. Thanks.
Thank You George
Thank you for the advanced warning! I just tried it out at Proton!
No problem George. I have been using Proton VPN the last year and can also recommend it. I think probably the most trustworthy publically available solution for now.
